Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Made-to-order or pre‑order items may require additional lead time; any extended timelines will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Regular Ground Shipping (USA):

  • Transit time: 3–7 working days.

Express Shipping with DHL:

  • Within the USA: 1–3 working days
  • International (outside the USA): 3–5 working days

Notes:

  • Timelines above reflect carrier transit times after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Working/business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  • Weather events, carrier delays, and customs inspections (for international orders) may impact delivery.

Rates & Duties

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
  • International orders: Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise. These are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority.
